Form Guide:
– Lie on a bench set a 30-45 degrees, brace your core and keep your feet flat on the floor.
– Grip the bar with your hands slightly wider than shoulders-width apart.
– Take the bar from the rack and hold it directly above your chest.
– Lower the bar slowly to your chest and press up powerfully.
– Keep your elbows to the sides and don’t arch your back.
